We analyze the State of Texas' own TDLR license files every week and send you every contractor business that just got licensed across five TDLR trades — led by electrical and A/C — with business name, owner, county, mailing address, and a license number you can verify on the state lookup in ten seconds. Phone numbers where the state has them (about half of new rows); every row has a mailing address. They already bought GL to get licensed — that box is checked. Nobody has sold them a bond, workers' comp, or commercial auto yet, and their first GL renewal is about 50 weeks out.

$99/month for the full Texas statewide feed — typically 40–70 new contractor businesses per week, about 200 a month. Flat price, no per-lead charges, no contract. Multi-agency networks and clusters need a multi-seat license — a single agency never does.
Yes — month-to-month, cancel in one click, keep every CSV you've received. Any weekly issue under 30 new businesses is credited automatically.
Directly from TDLR's published statewide license files — the primary source, not a compiled or resold list. Texas doesn't publish an issue date, so we derive the issue week (expiration − 1 year, cross-checked against sequential license numbers; from week two, confirmed by first appearance in the weekly diff). Honest caveat: a small share of rows can be reinstated rather than first-time licenses — we flag those rather than hide them. Every row includes its license number so you can verify it on the TDLR lookup yourself.
Every Monday morning by email with a CSV attached. Clean, consistent columns — imports into EZLynx, HawkSoft, AgencyZoom, or any dialer/CRM without reformatting.
No — and that's a feature. FreshLicense Feed is fully automated software analysis of the state's primary-source files. That's exactly why it's days faster than list brokers, covers every license in the file rather than a sampled subset, costs $99 instead of thousands, and cites a verifiable license number on every row. No humans touch the data, and we won't pretend otherwise.
Every CSV includes county and license-type columns — filter to your territory in seconds in Excel or your CRM. Pre-filtered metro editions and a Florida feed are on the roadmap; we don't sell what we haven't validated.
